Popis: The aim is to contribute to reducing deforestation and land degradation, increasing the adaptability of ecosystems to climate change, and improving the living standards of people through the adoption of sustainable agroforestry practices and the processing and marketing of related products. The project follows up on the previously implemented project of Silvopastoral Systems (2020–2023), which supported the afforestation of pastures to provide quality feed for livestock, especially during the dry season. The new Agroforestry Project will further support farmers in afforestation to improve soil fertility, provide livestock feed, and create opportunities for farmers to process agroforestry products and add value to increase income. Processing methods include oil pressing, solar drying, jam making, and more.
